The central government is offering PM Awas Yojana with a rebate of Rs 2.67 lakh on house purchase. You will be able to avail this scheme till 31st March 2021.

2.50 lakh benefit

Under this scheme, first time home buyers are given CLSS or credit link subsidy. The central government has promised to increase the credit link subsidy under the PM Awas Yojana till March 31, 2021 so that the middle class family can benefit by Rs 2.50 lakh. The scheme was launched by the Central Government on June 25, 2015.

Who will get how much subsidy

EWS section with an annual income of Rs 3 lakh 6.5 per cent subsidy

LIG 6.5 per cent subsidy for people with an annual income of Rs 3 to 6 lakh

MIG 4 per cent subsidy with an annual income of Rs 6 lakh to 12 lakh

People with an income of Rs 12 to 18 lakh will get subsidy under MIG2.

To avail this scheme you must first log in to PMAY's website https://pmaymis.gov.in/

If you fall into the LIG, MIG or EWS category, click on the other 3 components

Enter the Aadhaar number in the first column here and enter your name in the Aadhaar in the second column

Then fill in your personal details in the box below

Then click on where it is written that this information is correct

Submit all the information and enter the captcha code

After that let's submit the form

The fee for the application form is Rs. 5000 has to be deposited in the bank for registration.

Which people will benefit

Only those who do not have a permanent home will be able to avail the benefits of this scheme. Apart from that, no one can get the benefit of this government housing scheme.
