In the phase of unlock, there is a situation where corona has exploded in Gujarat. The number of daily cases registered in the state has now crossed 800. For the second day in a row, over 800 new cases have been reported in the state. A further 875 cases of corona have been reported in the state in the last 24 hours, while 14 people have died and 441 patients have been discharged. Thus, the total number of corona cases in the state has crossed 40,155. And the total number of deaths has reached 2024 while the total number of discharges has reached 28183.
In the unlock phase, the transmission of corona in Ahmedabad has decreased. But after Surat, now the transmission of corona has increased in other districts including Rajkot. Looking at the details of the new cases registered today, Surat Corporation 303, Ahmedabad Corporation 18, Surat 3, Vadodara Corporation 21, Bhavnagar Corporation 4, Navsari 4, Rajkot Corporation 4, Surendranagar 4, Gandhinagar 21, Mehsana 21, Kheda 12, Jamnagar Corporation 18, Rajkot 18, Banaskantha 18, Bharuch 18, Junagadh Corporation 18, Ahmedabad 19, Bhavnagar 18, Gir Somnath 11, Gandhinagar Corporation 10, Dahod 3, Jamnagar 4, Sabarkantha 6, Vadodara 6, Anand 3, Panchmahal 5, Junagadh 4, Morbi Valsad 3, Chhota Udepur 3, Kutch 2, Patan 3, Amreli 2, Tapi 3, Aravalli 3, Botad 2, Porbandar 1 case was registered.
The number of active cases in the state is also on the rise due to the newly registered cases. The number of active cases in the state will cross 10,000 tomorrow. At present, there are 4 active cases in the state, in which the condition of 6 patients is serious and the condition of 20 patients is stable. In the last 24 hours in the state, Ahmedabad Corporation 3, Surat Corporation 2, Aravalli 1, Gandhinagar 1, Jamnagar 1, Junagadh Corporation 1, Mehsana 1, Surat 1 patient has died due to corona.
