Brief Job Description:
The Candidates is expected to develop and qualify the HPLC based methods for protein and peptide products.
Responsible for designing advance workflows to measure & characterize process related impurities at different stages of product development such as host cell protein (HCPs), Host Cell DNA (HCD) & Leachable.
Responsible for operating and maintaining analytical laboratory in compliance with GLP regulations
Brief Description
Department: R&D Biotechnology- Protein Characterization
Education: M.Sc / M.Tech/ MS. Pharm in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry
Experience: 02 to 10 years in R&D
- To develop Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) based methods to measure the kinetic and equilibrium binding constants for protein and peptide products.
- Responsible for analytical method qualification for all pipeline products.
- Characterization of innovator product batches sourced from different geographical region and preparation of quality target profile.
- Analytical similarity assessment of in-house products.
