●Click on the photo of the LPG cylinder appearing on the home.

●A Complaint Box will open in front of you, type Subsidy Status in it and click Proceed.

●Then click on the Subsidy Related (PAHAL) button.

● Scrolling will open new options in the Sub Category.

● The customer has to click on Subsidy Not Received.

●After clicking, a new page will open and 2 options will appear on it to check the Subsidy Status.

● The first is the Registered Mobile Number and the other is the LPG ID

● If the mobile number is not linked then an ID option will appear.

●Write the gas connection ID on it and submit after verification. All subsidy details will come up.

Get LPG subsidy from Aadhaar card

To get LPG subsidy with the help of Aadhar card,

one has to link the Aadhar card with the bank account. The customer will need to link the LPG connection to the base.

First check that your mobile number is registered with Indane Gas Agency. All you have to do is go to the message box of your mobile and then send it to the IOC <STD code of the telephone number of the gas agency> and its customer case number. If you do not know the number of your gas agency, you can go to the official website "https://cx.indianoil.in".

Method 1

Once you have registered the mobile number, you can type UID <Aadhar number> and send it back to the gas agency number. Doing so will link your gas connection to the base. You will also find its confirmation on this number.

Method 2

You can also do this with the help of a message, for this you can call Inden Gas Agency on 1800 2333 5555 from your registered mobile number. Give your Aadhaar number to the customer care employee and link your Aadhaar gas connection with it.

Method 3

This way you can fill in other information using the website. Scheme type, distributor name, inden gas id etc. After filling in the contact details you click on submit button. You will get an OTP on the registered mobile number. And complete the application by filling it out. Your base and gas connection will be linked.

Method 4

First go to Inden's website https://cx.indianoil.in/webcenter/portal/LPG/pages_bookyourcylinder. Here you will find the option of IVRS (Interactive Voice Response system). Click on it and get the contact details. Here you will see the common number 7718955555. You will have to fill in the Aadhaar number by calling the IVRS number. Follow the procedure. Your base will be linked to the gas connection.
