The Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has launched a new service for its members. Now PF account holders can also fix the account related problem through WhatsApp helpline service. This means that you no longer have to push the PF office.
What number to complain to
WhatsApp helpline service has been launched in all 138 regional offices of EPFO. Any member can lodge their complaint through WhatsApp message.
