CM Rupani launches employment oriented online call center in Gujarat

Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani inaugurated Swami Vivekananda Jyanti National Youth Day, an employment-oriented online call center 'Rozgar Setu' for the state's employment-seeking youth.

Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani on Swami Vivekananda Jyanti National Youth Day launched an employment-oriented online call center 'Rozgar Setu' for the state's job-seeking youth.  In this innovative initiative of Gujarat across the country, any youth of the state can dial 63-57-390-390 of this call center and get information about the schemes of any district of the state including study oriented, employment oriented and youth oriented of the government.

With this new initiative by the Employment Training Directorate of the State Labor Employment Department, the Chief Minister also launched the online recruitment fair fortnight (January 12 to January 25).  He made it clear that the state government is moving towards realizing that everyone can get a decent job by realizing the motto of 'Har Haath Ko Kaam Har Khetko Pani'.  "We have organized an online recruitment fair fortnight from January 12 to January 25 with the noble intention of providing employment to every youth," he added.  The Chief Minister also expressed confidence that about 25,000 youths would get employment opportunities in this online recruitment fair.

 The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's call for a self-reliant India has come true by organizing such employment fairs and making the youth job seekers and not job givers.  "We think youth is not New Age Water, but New Age Power."  The aim is to build a new India on the strength of the youth.  That is why by launching this campaign from the National Youth Day, it has taken the direction of empowering the young generation by providing them with employment opportunities.

 Labor and Employment Minister Dilip Thakore said that the special feature of the Employment Bridge project is that for the first time in the country, the candidate will interact directly with the district employment office through the Employment Bridge-Call Center.  Will be able to get information as soon as you dial 390-390.  Not only this, after the end of the call, the details of the employment office will also be sent to the candidate through SMS.  Alok Pandey, Director, Employment Training, gave a detailed presentation on the new schemes to the Chief Minister.  Chief Minister Vijay Rupani also released a booklet on Apprenticeship Scheme.
