Roles and Responsibilities
To ensure internal and external customer satisfaction through Stage Wise R&D in an effort to provide zero defective product. Searching for relevant literature on the selection of process and design experiments. Design new synthetic methods related to the chemical industry. Selection experience in the chemical industry. Apply modern synthetic techniques to prepare structurally complex products. Manage work assignments productively and consistently deliver high quality results. Literature search, literature search report, route selection, designing of experiments and feasibility report. Keep self-updated about the state of the art in synthetic chemistry development and techniques while focusing exclusively on innovative process research. C Implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive action, departmental objectives, targets and programs. To carry out and study the experimental data of the lab keeping in view the quality, cost, operation friendly and environment. Participation and involvement in the standard of plant commissioning / process from the plant lab
to pilot plant and pilot plant to commercial. To strive for continual process improvement in existing products and innovation for new product development. Coordination with marketing to identify new product to increase revenue. • To ensure internal and external customer satisfaction through stage vise R&D activities in an effort to provide ZERO defect product. Identification and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. To provide technical support to m eting and production. To support production team to assure manufacturing of quality product. Desired Candidate Profile •
Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in R&D function in chemical Industries.
Qualification: PhD (Chemistry)
Specialist Skill / Niche Expertise if any: •
Hands on experience in new product development from pilot scale to commercialization. • Independent career in Synthetic Chemistry.
Strong knowledge in spectral interpretation including GC, LC, MS and NMR. APPLY D
