Driving License (DL) and RC rules to change from 1st October, know what is about to change

The new Motor Vehicle Act has come into force in the country from September 1, 2019, which has changed the traffic rules drastically and greatly increased the currency amount and tightened the rules. Now your driving license (DL) is also about to change.
The government of the country is going to change the rules regarding driving license (DL) and RC book and this rule will be implemented from 1st October 2019. After implementing this regulation, everyone will have to change their DL. In this change the DL and RC form will be the same in all country vehicles ie the color, appearance, design and security features of DL and RC will be the same.
DLs are different in each of the states of India, but after the new rules apply, the same country will have the same driving license. Not long ago, the government issued a notification about this. According to this instruction all details in DL and RC will be provided in one place. Under the new rules, DL and RC will have microchip and QR printed. Every detail will be contained within it.
With the help of this QR code all the details about the driver or vehicle can be viewed from the central data base. It is reported that a traffic police device will be provided to read this code. An emergency number will also be provided on the back of the DL so that in case of any problem you can call this number and ask for help.
New forms of DL and RC are being prepared in the state every day. Each state is preparing the form in its own way, but it has the disadvantage that in some forms all the details are given in the beginning, some details are given in the back but in the new decision of the government, all these details will be kept in one place.
New driving license will be issued from October 1 across the country. Under the new rule, the driving license will be the same as the color of the RC book. A microchip and QR code will be provided on both. On scanning the QR code, traffic police will be able to identify the vehicle and driver. This will not create a fake license and everything will work online.
